Payroll Services

Save time, labor and expense by outsourcing your payroll services. We can help you efficiently process your payroll while assuring your compliance with all regulatory changes and handling all of your federal, state and local tax filings.

Remote Deposit

Using a scanner and a computer with an Internet connection, you can scan checks at your desk and deposit them electronically into your account, eliminating frequent trips to the bank. Your funds are credited faster to enhance your cash flow, and stored digital images make research a snap.

Sweep Accounts

Investment Sweep Accounts—Put your otherwise idle funds to work. With this sweep account, excess checking funds are transferred from your account into a repurchase agreement for overnight investment. The funds, along with the interest, are transferred back to your checking account the following day.

PLEASE NOTE: Repurchase agreements are not FDIC insured, not guaranteed by the bank and are subject to risk, including loss of principal.

Line of Credit Sweep—If your line of credit has an outstanding balance, your excess checking funds are applied to reduce your principal balance, lowering your interest expense. Then, if your checking account subsequently requires funds to cover checks or debits, your line of credit will fund the deficiency up to its credit limit.

Zero Balance Account (ZBA)

Avoid excess balances and maintain greater control over your disbursements by consolidating the balances of multiple subsidiary accounts into a single master account and transferring funds into the subaccounts only
as needed.
